Mohammad Rafaei bin Adnan has twenty six (26) years of experience in legal practice. He undertook various nature of legal works in civil proceedings, criminal cases and corporate matters.
He is currently focusing his practice in civil, construction, corruption and appeal cases.
He was appointed as counsel in the election petitions filed in the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Terengganu in 2004, 2008, 2013, 2018 and 2022.
He is currently leading the litigation department and actively handling civil and criminal cases in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court.
He has also been appointed as the treasurer for the Terengganu Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundations (MCPF) on 20th June 2022.

Rosmaizura @ Zainab Binti Abdul Ghafar has more than twenty-four (24) years of experience in the field.
She concentrates her practice in conveyancing matters particularly in preparing the Sale and Purchase Agreements and security documents for panel clients, individuals, companies, developers and also other documentations such as tenancies, sub-contracts, joint ventures, leases, assignments and tc.
She is currently handling conveyancing matters for Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad, Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad, Perbadanan Memajukan Iktisad Negeri Terengganu (PMINT) and others.
She regularly attended seminars and courses on Islamic banking to keep pace with the vast development on Islamic banking products. She is responsible to lead the Conveyancing Department at the main branch.

Muhammad Syahri Bin Adnan is the managing partner for Chendering branch. He has vast experience in litigation cases such as debt collections, probate applications, criminal cases, contracts and etc.
He was exposed in debt collection work for Ambank Berhad, Maybank and Affin Bank Berhad in his past years.
He is currently a member of Kuala Terengganu Legal Aid Centre since 2008 and a tutor at the Open University Malaysia, Kuala Terengganu teaching various law subjects in Professional Practice, Law of Tourism and Hospitality, Labour Law and the Law of Contract.
He is also an active syarie practitioner in Terengganu.
He is also exposed to maritime laws and presently handling related cases on the field. He is actively handling civil and criminal cases at lower courts, High Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court.
He was elected as the President of the Terengganu Syarie Lawyers Association for 2024-2026.

She read in the chambers of Messrs. Wan Haron Sukri & Nordin at Kota Bharu and was called to the Malaysian Bar on the 09th of February 2017. She joined the firm as a legal assistant on 15th March 2017 and currently handling litigation files for panel clients such as Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad, Bank Pertanian Malaysia Berhad, Lembaga Kumpulan Simpanan Pekerja and general litigation cases.
She was promoted as a partner on 1st July, 2020.
Haryani binti Jaaffar
She graduated from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) with LL.B (Hons) in 2015.
She read in the chambers of Messrs. Mabel & Associates at Kuala Lumpur and was called to the Malaysian Bar on the 09th of September 2016. She joined Messrs. Othman Hashim & Co. as a Legal Assistant in which she handles running down cases.
She joined the firm as a Legal Associate on 1st October 2018 and she is currently handling litigation matters for Lembaga Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP) and Lembaga Pembiayaan Perumahan Sektor Awam (LPPSA).
Sarah binti Wahab
She graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) with Bachelor of Laws (Hons) (LL.B) in 2020.
She completed her pupillage in the firm under the guidance of Mr. Mohammad Rafaei Bin Adnan and was called to the Bar in April 2021. She joined the firm as a Legal Associate since April 2021 and currently handling litigation matters for Koperasi Co-opbank Pertama Malaysia Berhad, Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) and also Perbadanan Memajukan Iktisad Negeri Terengganu.
Throughout her practice, she undertook various tasks handling contractual disputes, tortious claims, commercial litigation and banking litigation. She had appeared and assisted in conducting the civil cases in Magistrates Courts, Sessions Courts and High Courts of Malaya.
She also appeared as co-counsel in the appeal cases at the Court of Appeal and Federal Court of Malaysia.
Aishah Solehah binti Che Mat
Graduated from Raden Fatah State Islamic University, Indonesia (UIN) with LLBS (Hons) in 2017 and she holds a Diploma in Administration Islamic Judiciary (DAIJ) from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2018.
She has gained her early Shariah legal experience during her pupillage with Messrs Khairul Sofian Anuar & Co. under the guidance of Mr Fazru Anuar Bin Yusof where she has been exposed in handling documentation of Shariah.
Mrs Aishah had joined the firm as a Shariah Legal Assistant from September 2019. In September 2020, she was called to the Terengganu Shariah’s credentials (Tauliah) and she appeared and assisted in conduction the Shariah cases in Shariah Courts.
Nur Radiah binti Muda
Graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA with Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2024. She joined Rafaei & Co as Pupil in Chambers under the guidance of Mr. Mohammad Rafaei bin Adnan and was called to the Malaysian Bar on the 6th of February 2025.
Miss Nur Radiah is currently handling litigation matters for Koperasi Co-opbank Pertama Malaysia Berhad.
Alif Danial bin Ahmad Shahrulnizam
Graduated from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin with Bachelor of Laws (With Honours) in 2022. He joined Rafaei & Co. as Pupil in Chambers under the guidance of Mr. Mohammad Rafaei bin Adnan. He was called to the bar on 19th October 2023.
Currently, he is a legal associate at Messrs Rafaei & Co. handling general litigation and panel clients for Agrobank, Co-opbank Pertama Berhad and Tenaga Nasional Berhad.
Nurul Syazwanie Binti Yusuf@Chua Chun Chai
Graduated from University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) with Bachelor of Islamic Studies(Syariah) (Hons) in 2021 and she holds a Diploma in Adminstration Islamic Judiciary (DAIJ) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia(UKM) in 2023.
She completed her pupillage under Tetuan Shazril Khairy Mustafa gaining experience in handling documentation of syariah matters and consultations.
In February 2025, Miss Syazwanie has obtained Terengganu Shariah's credentials (Tauliah) and later on joined our team at the Chendering's branch as Syarie Counsel, assisting in various fields of Syarie matters including but limited to Child maintenance, Hadhanah, matrimonial properties, Hibah, Wasiyyah, divorce and rights of women after divorce.
Muhammad Iman Iqbal Bin Azman
Graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA with Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2024. He read in the chambers of Messrs. Fariz Halim & Co Kuala Terengganu and was called to the Malaysian Bar on the 06th of February 2025.
Eager to expand his legal knowledge and practical skills, he joins our team at Chendering branch as Legal Associate handling various civil and criminal matters especially on running down cases.

Graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin in 2024. She is currently undergoing her pupillage at Rafaei & Co under the guidance of Puan Rosmaizura @ Zainab binti Abdul Ghafar.
